A question about a charge on your statement

Contributions made through VeriGiving are paid directly to the verified business named on the contribution page, so the charge on your statement will normally show that business. VeriGiving does not hold or receive contributor funds at any point.

If a charge is unfamiliar, email us with the following and we will identify it for you:

• · The date and amount of the charge
• · The name shown on your statement
• · The email address you used when contributing

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve the question the same day.

Refunds

Because a contribution is a payment toward an invoice issued by the business, refunds are issued by that business through the same payment method. Email us and we will put you in contact with them and follow the request through to a resolution.
